What helps

Attach the support file from Settings › About › Support › Save Support File… It carries the app version and which permissions are granted, and never a window image, a window title or an app name.

License

Your key arrived by email from DOCKERDRE right after checkout, with an Activate button that fills it in for you. It works on every Mac signed in to the Apple ID you activated with; to use it with a different Apple ID, choose Release This License… in Settings › License first. Lost the email? Write to us with the email you used at checkout.
